ALL PARTIES ATTENDING MUST COMPLETE ATTACHED CRTC ACCESS APLICATION AND SEND EMAIL NOTIFICATION OF ATTENDANCE TO THE POCs LISTED IN THIS ANNOUNCEMENT.
This solicitation from the Mississippi Air National Guard is for Vehicle Maintenance and Operations Services on a non-personal services basis at the Combat Readiness Training Center, Gulfport, Mississippi. Performance shall be in accordance with the requirements contained in the Performance Work Statement (PWS). The period of performance is expected to be 30 Sep 2025 – 29 Sep 2026, plus two one-year option periods.
The acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Small Business. The applicable NAICS code for this acquisition is 811111 (General Automotive Repair) and the size standard is $9M.
The Government anticipates award of a firm-fixed price contract as a result of the solicitation. The solicitation may be downloaded from SAM.gov, since copies of the solicitation will not be available for mailing. It is up to the interested party to review this site frequently for any updates/amendments to any and all documents; as well as verifying the number of amendments issued prior to the due date for proposals.
Any interested party may submit a proposal which will be considered by this organization. The closing date and time for submission of offers will be contained within the solicitation package.
All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award of contract with any DoD agency. Registration may be accomplished at https://www.sam.gov/.
This notice does not obligate the Government to award a contract nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preparation cost. The Government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation either before or after the solicitation closing date.
