The George W. Andrews Forestry Sciences Laboratory, located in Auburn, AL, was built in the mid 1970’s. The facility consists of 6 buildings encompassing approximately 30,000 sq. ft. The scope of work pertains to the approximately 24,000 S.F. main laboratory building. The interior is conditioned by three air cooled condensing units (AC) and air handler units (AHU) ranging from 20-ton to 50-ton capacity. Heating is provided by electric duct heaters (EDH). The system is controlled by a direct digital control (DDC) program.
