General Services Adminstration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

- Western Boundary: From Middle Settlement Rd to Clinton Rd to Mohawk Street to Cavanaugh Rd.

Addditional Requirements:
- Must not be located within 400'-0" of public defenders, DHS/ICE, probation offices, IRS, universities, other businesses or facilities, deemed unacceptable by the Lease Contracting Officer.
- All space must be contiguous and preferably on the 2nd floor or higher due to security concerns.
- 20ft setback is required depending on site conditions.
- For special use space, to include file safes.
- Interview room with handcuff bar for temporary detention.
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance floodplain (formerly referred to as “100-year” floodplain).
