This is a Request for Information (RFI) only, as part of market research, issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 10.001 (a) (2), Market Research - Policy. All interested parties should complete the form provided the link below.
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Savannah District, is conducting market research to determine the availability of entities to support Architect-Engineering (A-E) acquisition services. This survey is specific to A-E Services but may also be used for engineering services not covered by FAR Subpart 36.6.
Information: The Savannah District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to award a Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC) Pool of Indefinite Delivery Contracts (IDCs) for General Design. The intent is to award a MATOC poll with a target of seven (7) A-E firms with an ordering period of five (5) years and a total shared capacity of $475M. These contracts are being procured in accordance with the Selection of Architect Engineers Statute (also known as the Brooks Act) as implemented in FAR Subpart 36.6. Fims will be selected for negotiation based on demonstrated competence and qualifications for the required work.
Task Orders will be primarily for design of projects with a construction value greater than $2M, however as required, lower value projects may be executed under these contracts.
Based on the responses to this request for information, this requirement may be set-aside for small business (in full or in part) or procured through full and open competition. All Small Business Set-Aside categories will be considered. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted or acknowledged, and no feedback or evaluation will be provided to companies regarding their submissions.

The Product Service Code is C219 – Architect and Engineering - General: Other. Businesses of all sizes are encouraged to respond; however, each respondent must clearly identify their business size.
