Naval Undergraduate Flight training Systems Program Office (PMA-273) and Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD) Procurement Group announce its intention to award a sole source delivery order to the Boeing Company that will include the procurement of the T-45 Service Life Extension Program (SLEP) retrofit kits and associated supplemental part, as identified within Attachment 1 of this notice. This order is intended to be awarded within FY 27. The anticipated contract type is a delivery order from Boeing’s Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) with a base year, and four option years.
The Boeing Company is the original designer, and manufacturer of the T-45 aircraft and its systems, as well as the owner of the Technical Data Package of the airframe required for this effort.
Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by responding to this requirement. The Government will consider all information received prior to the closing date of this Sources Sought. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
