McMaster Ranch Long Barn Stabilization
The Department of Interior, Bureau of Land Management (BLM), Montana State Office is soliciting quotes for stabilizing the McMaster Ranch Long Barn. The property was listed on the National Record of Historic Places in 2022. The McMaster Long Barn, which was built somewhere between 1910 and 1920, and has recently been subject to racking and listing. There is observable structural distress and a need to stabilize the barn from further movement. The BLM is requesting a contractor with specialization in Historic Preservation to complete the stabilization efforts.

SITE VISIT: The Government strongly urges offerors to inspect the site to gain a better understanding of the work requirements and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of
performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after award.
