TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS LISTED BELOW:
- Crystal dimension as specified in the CAD, Linear dimension tolerance0.02 mm, and angular dimension 0.02 degree
- Crystal must be free of strain after polishing/etching. All surfaces must be free of machine damage, all surfaces etched to remove any induced strain
- Crystal orientation: Si(220)
- Specification of roughness/flatness for diffraction surface (A), (B), (C): RMS surface roughness: 5nm or better RMS Flatness: 100 nm or better
- Orientation accuracy with respect to crystalline axis: +/- 0.02 degrees or better
- Surface polished to the two edges defined by (A) (B) and (C), highlighted in red in the CAD

Payment Terms will be NET-30
Freight terms will be FOB Destination Prepaid and Add for Domestic Suppliers
Shipment will be made CIP SLAC, Menlo Park, and Duty Unpaid for Foreign Supplier.
