REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) / SOURCES SOUGHT INQUIRY (SSI)

The 914th contracting office, Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station (NFARS), New York is seeking information and sources that can provide:
Integrated solid waste management services for Niagara Falls Air Reserve Station. Services include all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, supervision and other items and services necessary to preform integrated solid waste management, municipal solid waste (MSW) collection and recycling services. See attached Draft PWS and Map for details.
This Request for Information/Sources Sought Inquiry is open to all types of businesses, including small businesses, and requests the following information from interested contractors:
1) Response from any contractor who may be capable of providing the services as outlined in the attached PWS documents and Maps. Attachments include ISWM (Refuse-Recycling) NFARS PWS 15Jul25 – DRAFT and ISWM (Refuse & Recycling) NFARS Map 15Jul25 – DRAFT. Please FULLY review these documents for details as to anticipated requirements. (Note that these are draft documents and are subject to change.)
The government is seeking self-performing/full-service businesses who can preform these requirements.
2) Small Businesses please include your small business category information with your response.
The anticipated North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) Code for this effort is 562111 – Solid Waste Collection with a corresponding Small Business Size Standard of $47.0 Million.
