This USDA-Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service solicitation is for the construction of an addition to a 3,200-sf warehouse at the Forest Pest Management Lab on Joint Base Cape Cod, Buzzard’s Bay, MA.
The lab has a pre-manufactured metal building (maintenance building) used to store equipment and supplies. Design services were recently completed by Johnson-McAdams Firm to construct a 1,600-sf addition to the warehouse. This addition will be used to store supplies such as oils, gasoline, antifreeze, and other hazardous materials associated with light maintenance of equipment and vehicles.
The NAICS code for this project is 236220—Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a small business size standard of $45 million. The estimated magnitude of the project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. The project is set aside for small business concerns only.
