IMPORTANT NOTES:
1. Refer to Section L, Paragraph L.2, on Page 34 for detailed instructions regarding the submission of proposals, including the required documents and information to be provided.
2. All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist, Tanya Torres on the attached RFI form not later than 1000 AM hours PDT, August 15th, 2025.
3. A formal site visit will not be organized. Offerors are reminded that failure to inspect the site shall not serve as a basis for any claims following the award of the contract.
