The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Information Technology Procurement Office (ITPO) is hereby soliciting information from potential sources for the purchase of Parametric Technologies Corporation (PTC) Windchill Product Data Management (PDM) Link Upgrade at NASA Langley Research Center (LaRC).
The NASA ITPO is seeking capability statements from all interested parties, including all socioeconomic categories of Small Businesses and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCU)/Minority Institutions (MI) for the purposes of determining the appropriate level of competition and/or small business subcontracting goals for PTC Windchill PDM Link Upgrade. The Government reserves the right to consider a Small, 8(a), Women-owned (WOSB), Service-Disabled Veteran (SD-VOSB), Economically Disadvantaged Women-owned Small Business (EDWOSB) or HUBZone business set-aside based on responses received.
NASA LaRC is currently utilizing software products from Parametric Technologies Corporation (PTC), specifically Creo Parametric as the primary CAD tool for computer-aided design (CAD), and Windchill PDMLink for product data management (PDM) to store and manage LaRC CAD data and associated electronic media in support of NASA projects. Additionally, NASA is implementing Windchill Navigate in conjunction with Ping Federate and NASA Launchpad to facilitate Single Sign-On (SSO).

No solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy of the solicitation. If a solicitation is released, it will be synopsized on SAM.gov. Interested firms are responsible for monitoring this website for the release of any solicitation or synopsis.
Vendors having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the stated requirements are invited to submit appropriate documentation, literature, brochures, and references.
Please advise if the requirement is considered a commercial or commercial-type product. A commercial product and commercial service is defined in FAR 2.101, Definitions.
