The Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) on behalf of the Program Manager for Soldier Lethality (PM-SL) is seeking potential sources to supply the 30mm x 113mm chain gun weapon system models M230, M230LF, XM914 and the XM914E1 along with associated spare parts, tools and training. Technical Data Packages (TDP) are not available as they are proprietary and not US Government owned.
The US Government is also seeking concurrent Spare Parts (CSP) kits for the above model weapon systems, as well as à la carte Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) spare parts, inclusive of all parts. Tools include special tools required for operator/armorer maintenance tasks. The training includes an Armorer and Operator courses.

A detailed description of your capability to deliver the 30mm x 113mm chain gun weapon systems listed above, associated spare parts, and tools including optional configurations and CSP kits. Describe how your company acquired the technical data to these weapon systems that will be used for production as well as the status of your production capability and capacity. Quantities for various orders can be up to 200 each. Details should include technical descriptions of the weapon systems, included accessories and lists of spare parts offered à la carte as well as those included in CSP kits.
Location where primary work will be performed (if more than one location, please indicate the percentage for each location).
Identify manufacturing, managing and engineering experience of like items of equal or greater complexity.
Identify existing facilities, equipment and workforce (identify what percentage would be supporting this new effort and what additional resources would be required).
Identify lead-time, including supplier/design qualification efforts and production ramp up time, to meet full capability for production and sustainment.
A detailed description of your capability to provide training classes as described above for class sizes up to 20 students.
