This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation No. 6913G625Q3152007 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation is being conducted under FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures as authorized by FAR Subpart 13.5. Solicitation clauses and provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04 June 11, 2025 and Transportation Acquisition Regulation (TAR) Final Rule 2022-19907 (effective 21 December 2023).
The U.S. Department of Transportation, Volpe Center (U.S. DOT Volpe Center) in Cambridge, MA has a requirement for the following services in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) (Attachment 1).
This is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. The applicable NAICS Code is 541330 – Engineering Services; which has a Small Business size standard of $25.5 million.

The anticipated Period of Performance (POP) is 09 September 2025 through 08 September 2026, inclusive of option periods.
