Specifications include, but are not limited to:SCOPE OF WORK: Remove existing HVAC systems. Replacement of (3) – 4 ton, (1) – 2.5 ton, (1) – 2 ton, (2) – 5 ton, (3) – 3.5 ton at the Atlanta District HQ Shop and Fuel station 1.01 THE WORK SHALL INCLUDE, BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING: A. Fuel Station 1. Remove existing HVAC systems 2. Install new 410A HVAC systems 3. Install new weatherproof whip. 4. Refrigerant lines shall be insulated and replaced if needed. 5. Gas piping shall meet all local codes and specifications. 6. Connect to existing duct work. 7. Re-tape and re-wrap all duct with same workmanship as existing. Replace 4 ton HVAC system with like kind B. Shop Conference Room, Shop Office, Safety Office 1. Remove existing HVAC systems 2. Install new 410A HVAC systems 3. Install new weatherproof whip. 4. Refrigerant lines shall be insulated and replaced if needed. 5. Gas piping shall meet all local codes and specifications.
