**The purpose of Amendment 0003 is to respond to Questions and Add/Remove FAR Provisons and Clauses. See attachment "Amendment 0003_ Questions and Answers", "Revised Solicitation 70Z02325RCVC00001_073125" and "Attachment 2 Price Summary Worksheet_revised 073125".
This is a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-04. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation.
1. SERVICES REQUIRED The U.S. Coast Guard seeks technical and administrative support services for a Gas Carrier Inspector Course in accordance with Attachment (1) - Performance Work Statement. (PWS). The Government intends to award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery/Indefinit Quantity (IDIQ) contract consisting of one (1) 12-month(s) base period and four (4) 12-month(s) option period.
2. SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS The contractor shall provide training and related support services required to conduct three (3), one-week (40-hours) Gas Carrier Inspection Courses for up to twenty-five (25) students per class in accordance with requirements described in Attachment (1) - Performance Work Statement (PWS).

3. RFP DUE DATE:
Writtten response to this RFP shall be submitted no later than 1000, Eastern Standard Time on 18 August 2025.

Due to USCG Internet restrictions, electronic mail attachments over 5MB in size may not be received. Therefore, please submit proposals greater than 5MB via multiple emails.
Offerors) shall include the solicitation number on all pages. Quotes shall be valid for 90 days.
NOTE: It is the offeror's responsibility to read the RFP and all related documents carefully and completely and to monitor the
Federal Business Opportunities website for any updates to the RFP on a regular basis. Additionally, it is the offeror's
responsibility to ensure/verify the Government receives its submission on or before the date/time specified. It is the Government’s intention to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussion with vendors. However, the Government reserves the right to conduct discussion if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
