Not responding to this sources sought notice will not prohibit participation in any future solicitation.
Interested parties capable of performing the work described in the attached draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) are encouraged to submit a response with the following information:
- Company name, UEI, and website.
- Company point of contact name, title, and email
- Affiliate information, parent company, joint venture partners (if any).
- Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts and Federal Supply Schedules under which your company can offer services aligned with this requirement.
- Summary of company’s experience in the last three years of performing the work described in the PWS.
- Company business size for NAICS 541614.
- If Company is a Small Business under NAICS 541614:
- Applicable socioeconomic status (VOSB, SDB, WOSB, HUBZone, etc.)
- If this acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, FAR Clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, will apply. Estimate what percentage of work your business intends on performing as the prime contractor. (Estimates can be a range, e.g. 60-70%.)
- If this acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, FAR Clause 52.219-14, Limitations on Subcontracting, will apply. Estimate what percentage of work will be subcontracted to other small businesses. (Estimates can be a range, e.g. 60-70%.)
