Specifications include, but are not limited to:DNREC, Division of Parks and Recreation, Delaware State Parks is extending the trail system in the White Clay Creek State Park in the area known as Tri-Valley. Mobilization is anticipated to start November 7, 2016. The improvements will consist of the following: The new asphalt trail will begin at Thompson Station Road, extend to and along Nine Foot Road and terminate at an existing parking lot on Nine Foot Road. A new asphalt trail will begin at a proposed parking lot off of Smith Mill Road and extend down Smith Mill Road eventually connecting with an existing trail Base bid includes the complete removal of an existing gravel lot. Alternate No. 1 includes paving an existing parking lot located on Nine Foot Road. Alternate No. 2 consists of a new parking lot off of Smith Mill Road. This alternate includes a new prefabricated, concrete restroom. New sidewalks, new sewer drain field, well installation, water connections, sewer connections and power connections are included as part of this alternate
