B) The SOO has been updated to reflect the requirement better from the Questions and Answers. C) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Amendement 0001: The purpose of this amendment is to: A) Update the attachment list to incorporate the revised SOO. B) The revised SOO redacted subsections 5.1 - 5.4, located on page eight (8), regarding Government Furnished Property. No Government Furnished Property has been identified for this requirement. C) The revised SOO is titled, "Attachment 1 - SOO v.1 - 4 SOAMXS Cellular Distributed Antenna System." D) All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
Regarding the Site Visit on 29 July 2025: BLUF: A Contractor has asked for authorization to use the WilsonPro 5G Cellular Network Scanner (Model 910060) or the Anritsu MS2713E Spectrum Master for signal measurements in building 90834 to measure LMR signals. The contractor is allowed to conduct the site survey with the device(s). The contractor must not use the device(s) in areas where classified processing occurs and so long as the contractor maintains 2M separation from any classified devices while conducting measurements with the device. Please see the information below, provided by the Cyber Security Team for further information.
IAW AFSSI-7702, there are just two sections that notate countermeasures for handheld radio devices and LMRS:
1.5. (U) As a general rule of thumb, do not bring handheld radios within 2 meters of RED processors without firstconsulting the Base EMSEC Office. Do not bring cordless telephones, cellular phones, microphones, wireless mice orkeyboards, wireless local area networks (LANs), Infrareed LANs or devices, or other personal. And 5.4.2. Hand-Held Radios. These countermeasures are required. Hand-held radiotransceivers used with intrabase radios and land mobile radios (LMR) deserve special consideration because of their unique operational applications. A person may carry these portable radios in the standby mode, into an area where classified information is processed.
Given that information, the contractor is allowed to conduct their site survey with this device, so long as they maintain 2M separation from any classified devices while doing so.
Hurlburt Field Air Force Base has a requirement for a non-personal services to include personnel, equipment, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform Cellular Distributed Antenna System Installation Services IAW the attached Statement of Objectives (SOO).
