The contractor shall provide, install, provide training, and support the counting machines at 20th Logistics Readiness Squadron (20 LRS), Shaw Air Force Base, South Carolina. The system will be used for counting small items at high quantities to remove mistakes in receiving, cycle counts, and parts issues from the warehouse. This, in turn, enhances accountability, life cycle management, asset management, inventory. The contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, vehicle, supervision, labor and other items and services necessary to install to go over a detailed installation plan within 30 days of award. The parts counting machine must be versatile and one system that can count numerous types of objects. The system needs to be able to add personnel profiles for role use. Equipment provided includes, Industrial PC, Touch screen display, hoper, and vibratory feeder. Contractor shall provide all equipment, software, hardware, tools, etc. necessary to deliver, install, and support this system. Installation of the counting machine to include software/hardware will be at the Logistics Readiness (LRS) Bldg. 216 and Bldg. 1604.
