The purpose of this solicitation amendment A00001 is to provide Request For Information (RFI) Responses and to provide an updated Schedule of Items. Contractors are required to utilize the updated Schedule of Items, titled "ATTACHMENT 2 - Schedule of Items – revised via Amendment A00001".

Important Notes:
Refer to complete continuation pages for bid schedule, scope, specifications, exhibits, and all other information and terms.
Section B.2, page 6, provides notes on the bid schedule and bid submission.
Section L, Paragraph L.2, page 36, has information regarding documents to submit with your proposal.
All Requests for Information (RFI's) shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist via email to Tanya.Torres@usda.gov, on the attached RFI form, no later than 6 August 2025, 1100 AM hours PDT.
A FS organized pre-proposal site visit will not be held.
In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute
