The Government's range of affordability for this request does not exceed $91,000.00. Offerors are encouraged to submit pricing that is fair, reasonable, and within this anticipated funding range. Offerors (or quoters) should not interpret this range to be a ceiling or floor on offers; rather, this information is provided as a courtesy to prospective offerors. The Government may select an offer for award with a price below, at, or exceeding this range if it finds that offer provides the best value and funds are available.
The delivery terms for this request are 45 days after receipt of order.

(July 18, 2025) Amendment #1: The purpose of the first amendment is to provide responses to vendor inquries and to clairfy the contract adminstration information, including billing and invoicing instructions, and extend the RFQ deadline to 8:00 AM CD on July 28, 2025. Except as specifically stated in the first amendment, no other terms, conditions, or CLIN structure have been changed to date.
(July 25, 2025) Amendment #2: The purpose of the second amendment is to to provide responses to vendor inquries, part numbers for twelve CLIN's xtend the RFQ deadline to 8:00 AM CD on August 4, 2025. Except as specifically stated in the first amendment, no other terms, conditions have been changed to date.
Amendment #3: Extend RFQ to allow industry time to send quotes with the correct specifications/configurations that are fair reasonable and in the best interest of the government.
