The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Omaha District, hereby announces the solicitation for “Fort Randall Remote IO & Annunciation”. The solicitation will close on 25 July 2025. The solicitation is restricted to Small Businesses.

Project Description:
This project will upgrade and unify the Annunciation system and data recorders in the Fort Randall Powerhouse. It will provide a common platform to facilitate a modern Sequence of Events Recorder (SER) and reduce alarm noise caused by repeated inputs to Omaha’s Power Plant Control System (PPCS). The system will be resilient, reliable, and reduce wiring requirements.
Contractor shall provide a pre-built panel ready to insert in a bay as shown in the drawings, including all equipment, components, parts, pieces, and wiring required to fabricate panel. Completed panel will be assembled and installed on 19" rack. The rack and panel will be ready to bolt into frame, fully wired and assembled.
Onsite installation of the panel will be performed by Government personnel. Detailed technical requirements will be included in the Technical Specifications.
Delivery is 150 calendar days after award.
