Following the site visit, the proposal should incorporate a new color scheme and detailed plans for bar refurbishment. It must include priced options for the replacement of furniture, appliances, and hallway refresh. These options should be listed as separate CLINs, with an itemized price breakdown for each. For example:
- CLIN0001: Base Proposal
- CLIN0002: Furniture Option
- CLIN0003: Appliance Option
Additionally, all items currently on the walls will be removed by the customer. The design must allocate a dedicated space to display MARSOC colors. The initial proposal should emphasize an overarching theme reflecting MARSOC, Marine Corps Raiders, and their heritage.
Please note: The ceiling will remain untouched.
The anticipated range of magnitude for this project is between $200,000 and $300,000. Information regarding AV equipment will be provided in a future amendment. Please also refer to the updated sections (2.1.4, 2.1.6, and 2.1.9) of the SOO.

Per page 34 of RFP:
(1) All questions concerning this procurement, either technical or
contractual must be submitted in writing, via email, to the Contracting
Office. The deadline for submittal of questions regarding this solicitation is
12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) on 28 July 2025. Responses will
be provided via Solicitation/Request for Proposal (RFP) amendment. No
direct exchanges between the technical representative and a prospective
Offeror shall be conducted unless it is deemed necessary by the
Contracting Officer. Questions shall be submitted via email to: Spenser
Gagnon (spenser.e.gagnon.civ@socom.mil) & Krissia AvelaresValle (krissia.i.avelaresvalle@socom.mil)referencing the RFQ number and company full name in email subject line section.
(2) A Site Visit will be conducted on 22 July 2025 at 10:00 AM Eastern
Standard Time (EST) at Stone Bay. The purpose of the Site Visit is to allow
prospective vendors the opportunity to get a better understanding of the
requirement and ask questions. Vendors must notify contract specialist of intent to attend site visit no later than 11 July 2025 at 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time (EST). Vendors must submit an access request via
email no later than 16 July at 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) to:

(krissia.i.avelaresvalle@socom.mil). It is the vendors responsibility to ensure
they can gain both access to Camp Lejeune as well as the MARFORSOC
Compound.
(3) Quotes must be received no later than 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time
(EST) on 11 August 2025. Quotes received after this timeframe shall not be
considered for award. Only quotes submitted by vendors who attend the
site visit will be considered. The Government will award the contract
resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer is
conforming to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the
Government. The prospective offeror must be registered with the System
for Award Management (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov to be
considered for award. The offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm
for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes. All
quotes must be submitted via email, no other form of submission will be
