Background and Requirement: West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS) Medical Health Care System needs the requested items provided for MiPACS to facilitate our dental department s requirement for a Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). for West Texas VA Medical Health Care System. This equipment proposed is to provide both the MiPACS workstations and MiPAC server software to include MiPACS drivers needed for dental imaging devices West Texas VA Health Care System (WTVAHCS) Medical Health Care System needs the service for the MiPACS workstations and MiPAC server software to include MiPACS drivers needed for imaging devices that connect directly or indirectly to the MiPACS system. This equipment proposed is the MiPACS system s annual maintenance and support. must be able to perform the following functions. SPECIFIC INSTRUMENT REQUIRED: West Texas VA Health Care System for the Southwest Texas VA Medical Health Care System surgical service. The vendor is responsible for providing all items listed below. The Vendor must be authorized to work on the MiPACS dental Software. Provide technical support in appropriate systems back-up of MiPACS system software. Technical support shall include assistance with the following tasks: Installation of new imaging devices Troubleshooting of connectivity issues to MiPACS storage server Image quality improvement Inquiries about MiPACS functionality and features.
