A BID GUARANTEE IS REQUIRED (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.228-1). ALL BID BONDS MUST BE ORIGINALS; PHOTOCOPIES WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. PERFORMANCE AND PAYMENT BONDS ARE REQUIRED (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.228-15).
THIS IS A COMPETITIVE SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS UNDER NAICS 238160 WITH A SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD OF $19 MILLION.
THE ESTIMATED MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION FOR THIS PROJECT IS BETWEEN $100,000 AND $250,000.
THE AWARDEE OF THIS CONTRACT WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A SUPERINTENDENT AT ALL TIMES WORK IS BEING PERFORMED ON THE PROJECT (SEE CLAUSE AT FAR 52.236-6). THE SUPERINTENDENT IS CONSIDERED A KEY POSITION. THIS POSITION SHALL NOT BE SUBCONTRACTED AND MUST WORK DIRECTLY FOR THE PRIME CONTRACTOR. ALL WORK SHALL BE PERFORMED SIMULTANEOUSLY.
