Below is a list of approved pesticides to be purchased for the Spotted Lanternfly Program.

The approved herbicides

Below are the application methods the program intends to use with the approved pesticides. Application methods are according to label directions and may be supplemented by specific SOPs developed by the SLF Program. Bark spray will be conducted with the following insecticide at the maximum labeled rate.
Dinotefuran
Soil Injection application of following insecticide applied at the maximum labeled rate.
Imidacloprid
Trunk Injection application of the following insecticides applied at 2 mL per diameter inch of tree.

Contact Spray application of the following insecticides applied at the maximum labeled rate. These insecticides must be able to be used in backpack sprayers, mister/foggers, and hydraulic/spray guns.

Period of Performance Award (estimated July 27, 2025) through five (5) years (estimated July 28, 2030).
The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors
