If you have any pictures, that would help. The second breaker failed a trip test and will need the trip unit replaced. Here is the information I have available from the second breaker. This unit supports the hospital s CT scanners and downtime is not acceptable. Please also note that each breaker will require a testing report via secondary injection testing to verify functionality.
