The 482nd Contracting Flight at the Homestead ARB, FL is conducting preliminary planning market research in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 10 to obtain information from potential eligible and interested contractors for the conversion of the current Delta Scientific vehicle barrier system HD-300EM (Electro-Mechanical Power System) to the Delta Scientific Hydraulic system HD-300H. This conversion is turnkey, when complete the system sequences will be the same as what is installed now, the only difference is the barriers will use hydraulics to raise the barriers. These systems are designed for vehicle access control.
The associated North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811310 – Commercial and Industrial Machinery and Equipment (except Automotive and Electronic) Repair and Maintenance, with a small business size standard of $12,500,000.00.
