The Department of the Interior (DOI), Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), Division of Acquisitions is conducting market research and is issuing this announcement to seek potential Indian-Owned Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE) sources who would be interested in providing SPECIAL EDUCATION ONE-ON-ONE AIDE (SPED 1:1 AIDE) for the BIE-Taos Day School, located in Taos, New Mexico 87571-1850
This notice is to identify any businesses that fall into any of the following available set-aside categories, Indian Small Business Economic Enterprises (ISBEE) and or Indian Economic Enterprises (IEE). Indian Economic Enterprises are defined, in part as any business entity that is at least fifty one percent owned by one or more American Indian or Alaska Native Individuals. The Buy Indian Act can be located at 25 U.S.C. 47. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code is 611710 and the small business size standard $24.0 million.

The contract scope of work consists of providing SPECIAL EDUCATION ONE-ON-ONE AIDE (SPED 1:1 AIDE) to provide one-on-one support and assistance to an assigned student with a disability, for the above identified school.
