This Sources Sought Notice is to research the number of large and small businesses capable and interested in the prospective procurement. The USG is seeking sources to inspect and overhaul the Hanger Assy – AFT Bearing for the AH-64.

Estimated Quantity (QTY) 50 Each Minimum - 540 Each Maximum
Maximum QTY includes FMS QTY of 90 EA.
The Contractor shall furnish all services, facilities, labor, parts, materials, equipment, tools, and data necessary to accomplish the inspection and overhaul of the Hanger Assy – AFT Bearing. The Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR-1-1615-336; dated 11/15/2012, Change #A) for NSN 3130-01-631-7819 is available for this action.
Delivery Schedule: The anticipated delivery schedule is 60 days from receipt of asset.
Delivery Location: The anticipated delivery location is W25G1U; however, the specific delivery order will notate the delivery address.
This acquisition is anticipated to be awarded in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 14, Sealed Bidding for Maintenance and Overhaul of the Hanger Assy – AFT Bearing for the AH-64. The resulting contract is anticipated to be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract) with a 60-month period of performance with five-priced ordering periods.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332991 and the size standard is 1,250 employees.
