The Billings Area Indian Health Service is issuing this Special Notice 75H709-CSU25-008-SS Sources Sought as a means of conducting market research to identify any potential IEE (Indian Economic Enterprise) or ISBEE (Indian Small Business Economic Enterprise) sources pursuant to the Buy Indian Act (25 USC 47).
The Indian Health Service is attempting to locate qualified and eligible IEE and ISBEE sources “Native American Owned and Operated Businesses” that can provide a Requirement for Hospital Laundry Services for the Crow/Northern Cheyenne IHS Hospital, Crow Agency, Montana, 59022. The result of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to the procurements is: 812332 and the small business size standard is $41.5 million.
Laundering Services are required for The Crow/Northern Cheyenne Indian Health Service (Crow Service Unit) located in Crow Agency, Montana. The CSU processes an average of 4,084 pounds of soiled linen a month, with an approximate volume of 49,000 pounds of soiled linen a year. This amount fluctuates depending on patient admissions at the 24-bed health facility.
This notice is issued solely for information and planning purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Quotation (RFQ), or a promise to issue an RFQ in the future. This notice does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service. Further, the Government is not seeking quotes, or proposals at this time.
