FY25 POST-WIDE INSPECTION, MAINTENANCE, AND REPAIR OF FIRE PREVENTION AND PROTECTION SYSTEMS
The U.S. Army Contracting Command – New Jersey, Warfighter Support Division has a follow-on requirement for Fire Alarm Maintenance in support of the Devens Reserve Forces Training Area (DRFTA) which is located in Devens, MA, 01434 and consists of approximately 5,220 acres and approximately 215 buildings and structures. The work includes, but are not limited to, the following: Post-Wide Fire Prevention and Protection systems and equipment inspection maintenance and repair services, and other associated work as directed by the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) or Alternate Contracting Officer’s Representative (ACOR).
The Government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price requirements contract as a result of the solicitation to be issued.
The anticipated period of performance is one 12-month base period and four, 12-monh options.
Product Service Code (PSC) H263 Equipment and Materials Testing- Alarm, Signal, and Security Detection Systems.
North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code: 561621 – Security Systems Services, the standard size is $25 million.
Place of Performance: Devens RFTA at the locations listed in TE 1 – Installation Maps of the PWS.

(2) Whether they are a small or large business relative to their size classification under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for the proposed acquisition 561621 – Security Systems Services with a small business size standard of $25 million.
