This notice is issued by the NASA/ITPO to post a Performance Work Statement (PWS) to solicit responses from interested parties. This document is for information and planning purposes and to allow industry the opportunity to verify reasonableness and feasibility of the requirement, as well as promote competition.
This requirement is for professional services support for NASA Office of Strategic infrastructure (OSI) Facilities and Real Estate Division (FRED) migration and consolidation of maintenance and operations (M&O) instances of IBM Maximo Enterprise Asset Management across the Agency.
NASA requests that any interested parties submit responses to the below questions:
- Can the requirements in the attached PWS be met through your firms GSA Federal Supply Schedule and/or SEWP V contract?
- Does your firm hold an IBM Partner Certification of Platinum, Gold or Silver?
- What level of IBM Partner Certification do you think is necessary in order to perform the requirements of the attached PWS? And why?
- For market research purposes only: What does your firm believe that the estimated potential total price to complete this requirement is, in accordance with the attached PWS?
- Does the PWS provide adequate information to quote to a firm requirement?
- What other information do you believe is necessary to be provided in order for your firm to provide a fixed-price quote?
- What is your firms business size?
- Does your firm have any feedback on the stated Period of Performance in the PWS?
- Can your firm provide recent Past Performance information that is relevant to this requirement in terms of size, scope and complexity?
- What percentage of the work listed in the PWS can be completed virtually?
- Is there any specific software or hardware that NASA will need to provide in order for your firms solution to work?
- Is there any additional information needed in order for your firm to quote to the requirements within PWS section 3.2?
This presolicitation synopsis is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, nor will the Government pay for the information submitted in response. The Government may not respond to questions/concerns submitted. The Government will use the information to finalize the RFQ as necessary.

If a solicitation is released, then it and any additional documents will be available with the solicitation. It is the offeror's responsibility to monitor this website for the release of the solicitation and amendments (if any). Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their own copy of the solicitation and amendments, if any.
