Lovell Federal Health Care Center (FHCC) located in North Chicago, IL. The contractor shall provide all labor, material and equipment to provide maintenance and repairs to bundles and buildings in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW). The contractor shall provide yearly maintenance and repair to the following: hot water bundles, Flo-Rite heads, and Armstrong brains; in compliance of VHA Directive 1061. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220.
