The US Army Contracting Command-Redstone Services & IT Solution Branch, plans to obtain information to serve as market research to help identify potential sources that can provide one (1) Model N9030B PXA Signal Analyzer with options which will be replacing the Model E4448A PSA Spectrum Analyzer that has been discounted and is no longer supported by the manufacturer. The N9030B will support the Power Sensor Calibration Systems and the Spectrum Analyzer Calibration Systems (PSCS/SACS) that support the Army’s inventory of power sensors and spectrum analyzers as well as Airforce, Marine, and Navy customers. The equipment shall be delivered to USATA’s Army Primary Standards Laboratory (APSL), located at Building 5435, Fowler Road Redstone Arsenal. The PXA Signal Analyzer module shall include the following specifications or equivalent (if not brand name):
