This is a solicitation for a Social Media Monitoring Tool prepared in accordance with Judiciary Guide Volume 14, § 325 Small Purchase Procedures, for the Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AO) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and proposals are being requested. This solicitation is unrestricted and is not set aside for small business. The Judiciary is not subject to the FAR to include small business regulation.
The AO seeks a tool to assist with scheduling posts for judiciary social media accounts as well as the systematic monitoring of popular social media platforms for judiciary-related topics, with particular interest in emerging issues, and information that could undermine the integrity of the judicial process.
Quotes are due by 12:00PM EST on June 24, 2025. Late submissions will not be accepted. Quotes shall be emailed to cheryl_bernhard@ao.uscourts.gov and David_kelley@ao.uscourts.gov by the due date stated above with the subject line of "USCA25Q0260 Social Media Monitoring Tool". Questions regarding this RFQ must be submitted via email to David_Kelley@ao.uscourts.gov and cheryl_bernhard@ao.uscourts.gov no later than June 16, 2025 at 12:00 PM Eastern. Any other type of submission of responses shall not be accepted.
Responsible sources shall follow the instructions in the attached RFQ in order to be considered.
