NOTICE TO OFFERORS: AMENDMENT 0003
This amendment 0003 includes important changes, specifically:
- Quantity Reduction: Line item 0001 quantity reduced from 990,000 pounds to 660,000 pounds. (Annual 132,000 pounds)
- Revised Attachments: Attachment A (Statement of Objectives) and Attachment G (Pricing Worksheet) have been revised and are included.
- Submission Requirements: You MUST submit the following to Tammie D. Campbell at tammie.campbell@dla.mil by 12:00 PM Central Time on August 19, 2025: a signed SF-30 acknowledging Amendment 0003 and a completed Attachment G - Pricing Worksheet.
This amendment and related submissions will only be accepted from offerors who submitted an offer prior to the solicitation closing date of July 7, 2025, at 3:00 PM Central Time. This amendment applies exclusively to those offerors.
