In addition, all prospective offerors shall provide documentation to provide proof of NVLAP certification to be determined as capable of fulfilling this requirement. In addition, please note that a signed and full completed copy of the FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting) compliance letter is required to be considered responsive to this source sought notice if the prospective offeror is a small business.
