The 325th Contracting Squadron is seeking interested and ca[able sources for a contemplated Proliferated Low Earth Orbit Satellite Study to better understand how to augment or replace existing commercial telcommunications links at multiple remote locations where it is cost prohibitive to install fiber for internet protocol connectivity. It is requested that vendors respond to this sources sought notice with information in sufficient detail regarding their capabilities and capacity to satisfy the requirement.

Potential offerors are encouraged to provide feedback on the Draft SOW content. The government may not respond to or publish comments, resulting actions, changes, etc.; however, the draft SOW may or may not be revised based on feedback provided.

Note: Any prospective contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management to eligible for contract award. The website is https://www.sam.gov. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number from Dun and Bradstreet. Registration may take up to three weeks to process.
