This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The Contractor shall provide all necessary resources, management, personnel, materials, transportation, supplies, and equipment, except Government Furnished Property (GFP), necessary for the rental of the specified amount of latrines and dates that are outlined in the attachment (PWS/RFQ).
