This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
- The solicitation number for this is N0018925Q0305 and will be issued as a request for quotation (RFQ)
- The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC Number 2025-03.
- The Government intends to negotiate a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order for services. The associated NAICS code is 721110 with a small business size standard of $40,000,000. All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency.
- This solicitation is restricted to those Hotel Lodgings within A10 minute drive from US Naval Academy (USNA) and be able to accommodate full-size (USNA) busses conveniently for loading & unloading guests. Lodgings must also have ample and suitable space to host event for approximately 125 guests. With a suitable location in the lobby area to setup a registration tables and visitor welcoming center. See attached SOW for further details.
