The Columbia-Pacific Northwest Region, Grand Coulee Power Office is conducting market research for calibration and repair services for DILO SF6 Multi Analyzers. See attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for details for this requirement.
The intent of this notice is to determine the availability of small business Contractors that have DILO-certified technicians that can provide calibration services and repairs to DILO SF6 Multi Analyzers. The technician must be DILO-certified to perform all calibration and repair services. Government intends to award one firm-fixed price purchase order.
The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541380, Testing Laboratories and Services. The small business standard size is 19.0 million.
Potential offerors having all capabilities necessary to meet the needs of the described requirement are invited to provide a capabilities statement. The capability statements must include the following:
1. Company name and Point of Contact information
2. Unique Entity Identifier
3. Small Business Size/Certification (to include 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, etc.)
4. Description of capability to perform septic pumping service
5. Past performance/experience on contracts of similar sizes
Note: If submitting past performance/experience on a project in the role of a subcontractor, include the primary contractors name and quantifiable amount (percentage) of the project your company contributed to the overall scope of work.

All responses will be used to determine the appropriate acquisition strategy for a potential future acquisition.
