PURPOSE 1.1 The overall purpose is to provide the ability to provide an upgrade for the UroNAV and DynaCAD Prostate for use in the Outpatient Urology Clinic and Radiology to perform Prostate Fusion Biopsy procedures for the Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System (SLVHCS), 2400 Canal Street, New Orleans, LA 70119. 2. SCOPE 2.1 The Contractor shall provide UroNAV and Dyna CAD Prostate Upgrades, residing in Urology and Radiology, SLVHCS. 2.2 The UroNAV provides live MR/ultrasound fusion-guided biopsy and therapy procedures and interfaces with DynaCAD Prostate for advanced visualization and analysis of multi-parametric MR imaging. 2.5 SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS: BRAND NAME ONLY URONAV AND DYNA CAD PROSTATE UPGRADE 2.5.1 UroNAV Upgrade (UroNAV4 System, Part #784039 Specifications/Salient Characteristics: UroNAV 4 Fusion Biopsy System Upgrade In- Device Upgrade UroNav fuses pre-biopsy MR images of the prostate with ultrasound-guided biopsy images in real time, for excellent delineation of the prostate and suspicious lesions, as well as clear visualization of the biopsy needle path. Combining electromagnetic tracking and navigation with an onboard computer and a real-time imaging interface, UroNav brings precision targeting to your clinical practice in one easy-to-use, mobile workstation. UroNAV Device Upgrade option replaces the existing legacy UroNav 1.x or 2.x device with new UroNav 4 device maintaining the existing UroNav features. Philips UroNav is a stereotaxic medical device intended to assist the clinician with planning and guidance for clinical, interventional and/or diagnostic procedures for prostate biopsy. You can create time and workflow efficiency by transferring images directly from the MRI to DynaCAD and utilize its robust, automatic post-processing tools and display results in customized hanging protocols for analysis and reporting. At case completion, you can automatically transfer key images, statistical data, and prostate PI-RADS® reports to PACS for archiving. By setting everything up for you to work, DynaCAD helps you enhance your confidence and productivity so patients get the prompt, precise care they need. DynaCAD s reverse fusion feature maps and displays earlier fusion guided biopsy locations. Users can view previous targets and cores produced by UroNAV, allowing them to track accuracy. This option upgrades existing DynaCAD v4 Prostate system into DynaCAD v5 Prostate system maintaining the existing DynaCAD Prostate features, scanner connections and concurrent users.
