It is the responsibility of the interested parties to monitor these sites for additional information pertaining to this sources sought. 1. Title: Omnicell XTE Automated Dispensing System Upgrade 2. Purpose: The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification, Service Disabled/Veteran Owned Small Business. (SDVOSB/VOSB), Hubzone, 8(a), small, small disadvantage, woman owned small business, or large business) relative to NAICS 339112, Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this source sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published on GSA eBUY or Contract Opportunities website. Responses to this source sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors must respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this source sought announcement. Background The Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks (VHSO) has a requirement to upgrade the medical center s existing Omnicell XT Automated Dispensing Cabinets (ADC). The Omnicell XT units are no longer compliant with Windows security upgrades and thus no longer serviceable by the vendor (Omnicell) due to the operating system (windows 10). This requirement is to upgrade existing Omnicell XT ADCs that support VHSO s medication management program at the main facility, CBOC and clinic level (Fayetteville, AR; Springfield, MO; Fort Smith, AR; Branson, MO; Joplin, MO; Jay, OK; Ozark, AR). This upgrade will be replacing all ADC PC hardware components (touchscreens, keyboards, hard drives) and software operating systems in each automated dispensing cabinet.
