The Massachusetts National Guard Purchasing and Contracting Office is seeking market information on vendors capable of providing Portable Latrines and services. MA NG P&C is currently conducting market research to identify qualified and interested potential sources, in particular, small business capability. The information requested by this Sources Sought will be used with the MA NG to facilitate decision making and will not be disclosed outside of the agency.
This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Request for Quotes (RFQ), or Invitation for BID (IFB). It is not to be constructed as a commitment by the Government to issue a solicitation or ultimately award a contract. Responses will not be considered as proposals, nor will any award be made as a result of this notice. The US Government will NOT be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice.
Responses to this Sources Sought notice should indicate:
1. An affirmative answer that your firm can provide the requested services, Portable Latrines with Servicing.
2. Your firm's socioeconomic classification (small business, service-disabled veteran-owned small business, etc.)
DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES:
The MAARNG has a requirement for the lease/rental of portable latrines with hand sanitation and necessary cleaning services at Fort Drum, NY. Portable latrines with hand sanitation are required to support proper hygienic and environmental considerations for all military training exercises conducted during Annual Training. Annual Training from 28 July to13 August 2025 at Fort Drum, NY is a critical part of this mission. To meet proper environmental and hygiene standards for soldiers operating in field conditions, portable latrines with hand sanitation are essential.
