Question 1: I noticed that the delivery date is listed as 30 days ARO. If my internal lead time happens to be longer than this, would that make my bid non-compliant, and you would not be able to keep my bid for consideration?

Question 2: “Regarding RFQ HQ042325QE058, I noticed that the pricing sheet SF1449 includes slots for future pricing under CLINs 1001, 2001, 3001, and 4001. Could you please confirm whether price adjustments are permitted for factors such as inflation, tariffs, or standard annual increases?”
This is acceptable and permitted.
Question 3: “We need to know if lifting capacity spec is off of 3 point or loader and if on loader at full height and where is it to be calculated, At pins”
