This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W50S8A25QA009 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2025-03. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 562991 Septic Tank and Related Services, a small business size standard of $9M. This requirement is 100% set-aside for small business, and only qualified vendors may submit quotes. The solicitation will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 02 June 2025, 4:00PM. Eastern Time. Free On Board (FOB) Destination shall be required to 302 Newmarket St, Newington, NH 03801. The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

CLIN 0001: ADA Compliant Portable Restrooms (QTY= 25 EA)
Insured for damage. With a supply of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and urinals included. Delivered 03 September 2025 - picked up 08 September 2025
CLIN 0002: Economy Portable Restrooms (QTY = 175 EA)
Insured for damage. With a supply of toilet paper, hand sanitizer, and urinals included. Delivered 03 September 2025 - picked up 08 September 2025
CLIN 0003: Portable Hand Washing Stations (QTY= 50 EA)
Insured for damage. With an internal/ on-board supply of water, soap, and hand towels. Delivered 03 September 2025 - picked up 08 September 2025
CLIN 0004: Cleaning/Flushing of All Portable Restrooms (QTY= 1 Job)
Service for all portable restrooms starting on Saturday morning 06 September through duration of event between 0500-0800hrs.

Quotes must be valid for sixty (60) days.
