NCO 5 is seeking responses from entities that are interested in this procurement and consider themselves to have the resources, capabilities, and qualifications necessary to provide the services required for Baltimore VA Medical Center. Capability statement and summary of previous experience providing these types of services for the Veterans Health Administration or other similar facilities. 5. Available contract vehicles (GSA FSS, etc.) for use by Department of VA (include applicable NAICS) 6. Brief Summary of categories of services that your company can/cannot provide. 7. Certification(s) / Licenses for meeting the local requirements to provide these services at the Huntington VAMC (if applicable) 8. Confirmation that your organization has the capability & expertise to meet the performance requirements while complying with applicable limitations in subcontracting by responding to the questions below with your response: a. Do you intend to self-perform this effort? b. If you are located outside the immediate area, how will you self-perform? c. Or do you intend to subcontract work under this contract? d. Response Instructions: Responses must be received by Friday 5/19/ 2025 @ 10:00 AM EST. Responses to the information requested above must be submitted via email to William.Galletta@va.gov The Contractor shall provide all personnel, management, material, parts, equipment, supplies, labor, area clean-up and transportation to perform: four (4) preventive maintenance inspections (during normal working hours unless otherwise noted) on the equipment as detailed on the enclosed Equipment Covered List . The technicians will maintain detailed service reports on your equipment to establish individual unit case histories for future analysis and reference. This will include preferential fast response 24-hour emergency service over non-agreement customers. Emergency service labor and will be provided at no additional charge during normal working hours for services after normal working hours (8 a.m. 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday). Holidays and Sundays will be invoiced at the normal straight time rate. Parts and included maintenance materials will be provided at no extra cost. Service will be performed by Liebert factory-trained service technicians equipped to service Liebert HVAC equipment, computer rooms, air filters, belts, humidifier cleaning, humidifier steam cylinder replacement, humidifier Quartz lamps, general maintenance & cleaning materials, evaporator and condenser coil cleaning, lubrications, refrigerant recovery and recycling by CFC certified technicians.
