The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Maritime Norfolk at Norfolk Naval Shipyard (NNSY)
intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Single Award Contract as Best Value Trade-off as specified in Section M of the solicitation for the item listed below. The required item is noncommercial item prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Part 15 with the additional information included in this notice.

THIS PART ENABLES THE NEW DRIVE ENCODERS TO BE INSTALLED ON OLDER CONTROL POWER SUPPLYS.
This requirement will be solicited as sole source to the manufacturer, RF Products Inc, as the manufacturer maintains all proprietary data associated with this part.
The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 334310, Other Measuring and Controlling Device Manufacturing with a size standard of 750 employees. The Product Service Code is 5820, Stimulated Coherent Radiation Devices, Components, And Accessories.
The anticipated delivery date for this acquisition is 30 Days ARO for CLIN 0001. The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form only.
The solicitation number is SPMYM125R0003, and it is expected to be available on or about 05 MAY 2025 and posted to SAM.gov, https://sam.gov/ Quotes will be due by 12:00 PM EST on 09 MAY 2025.
