The government is looking for a software subscription to an already existing software system on a established Platform. The government is not looking for an a newly designed system that is not currently established. The subscription should be based on a annual subscription fee.The US Army Medical Research Institute of Infectious Diseases (USAMRIID) has a need for electronic Safety Data Sheet (SDS) inventory/tracking platform which supports the entire organization. This platform is user friendly, easy to maintain/administer, and can be modified to meet future needs. This system must meet the requirements of OSHA Right-to-Know, the Global Harmonization System, and Department of Defense regulations. The electronic SDS system/software must be able to interface with different government-required systems by utilizing standardized communication protocols and data formats, adhering to specific regulations and guidelines through application programming to exchange information securely. The platform must be in compliance with the Department of Health Agency policies.
